All payments for orders are processed manually. This is because until we pack, weight and measure your parcel we will not know the total cost of the freight charges. Please note: we do not charge for packaging - what Australia Post or the Freight company charges us - is what you pay.
Once we have received your order and everything is packed either Colleen, Lorrae or Liz will give you a quick call and confirm the total and take your credit card payment over the phone. We DO NOT keep your card details once the transaction has been completed. If you do not have a credit card we are happy for you to action an electronic transfer into our account or a money order/cheque can be posted. We are extremely flexible and will assist you in any way we can to ensure that you receive the goods you need. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
